Learning the hows of talent assessment and acquisition. We’ll teach you how you can use the BE-EDGE method to assess a talent’s personal, social, and professional strategies and carefully acquire the right person for your company.

 You will take part in our consult-a-thon event, which outlines the following stages:

Stage 1: Crafting a Case
Your company will make a case about your current goals, practices, challenges, involved stakeholders, as well as opportunities in talent acquisition.

Working system for talent acquisition. We’ll develop a talent acquisition system that works well with your company’s strategies.

Workshops for leaders and HRM. With the goal to achieve boutique employability, we will hold workshops for your company leaders and hiring recruiters to teach them how they can integrate the BE-EDGE method with their corporate systems.

Stage 2: Case Consulting
We’ll reveal the patterns and root causes of your problems, discover your strengths and opportunities, recommend an actionable solution for your challenges, and create a methodology and action plan for the implementation of our recommendations.

Leading our recommendations. We’ll take charge on the implementation of our proposed recommendations during our case consultation.

Workshops and courses for talents. Using the BE-EDGE method, we’ll solidify your talents’ personal, social, professional, and project delivery strategies to help them generate value for your company.

Stage 3: Presentation of Findings and Workshop for the leadership team
We’ll analyze how effective our solutions are in solving your problems. We’ll also conduct workshops on talent acquisition with your leadership team.
